Exchange and REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your purchase from rithvisathvi.com. If you are not completely satisfied, our Exchange & Refunds Policy ensures a smooth process for resolving your concerns.

Eligibility for Exchange

Products are eligible for return if they are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact. Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery for orders within India, and within 14 days of delivery for international orders.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as blouses (if stitched), altered products, or custom-tailored items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please fill our return request form or contact our support team at rithvixsathvii@gmail.com or +91 8341170495 with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide instructions for shipping the product back to us.

For returns within India, we will arrange a reverse pickup free of charge. For international returns, customers will be responsible for return shipping costs, including any customs duties or taxes.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Please note that international shipping charges, customs duties, shipping charges and local taxes (if any) are non-refundable.
 

Customers are required to record a video of opening or unboxing video at time of delivery to process an exchange for incorrect products.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for size or defective product issues within India. If the requested product is unavailable, we will process a refund instead. For international customers, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order for the desired item.

Exchange is applicable only once and for the same range or higher value product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, once the issue is verified.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products, such as custom-made, tailored, or final-sale items, are non-returnable and non-refundable. This will be clearly indicated on the product page before purchase.

  • ⁠⁠No returns or exchanges on products that are purchased under offer / sale

  • ⁠Shipping charges are non refundable (exceptions for damaged pieces)

  • We do not offer an exchanges or refunds for international purchases (exceptions for damaged pieces)
