Please note: Returns and exchanges are processed on a request basis only and are generally approved for damaged or defective items. Products purchased on sale or under a promotional offer are not eligible for returns or exchanges. A few things to keep in mind before submitting:

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery (India) or 14 days of delivery (international orders).

For damaged or defective items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.

An unboxing video recorded at the time of delivery is required to process exchanges for incorrect products.

Custom-made, tailored, blouses (if stitched), and final-sale items are non-returnable.
Once we receive your request, our team will review it and get back to you within 1–2 business days with next steps. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup for orders within India at no extra charge. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including any applicable customs duties or taxes.
